Hi !! I went to play poker in Alajuela yesterdaynight. I first won $20 with roulette and then $ 20 with Chow Pow or something like that. Some poker game, in which you get 7 cards and you have to divide them in a low hand and a high hand. The buy in for poker was $ 55 , so it only costed me $ 15....not bad for the 2nd time I played real poker.
So...I got really teriible hands...like 3,7....2,8....and when I did have like K,Q or 9,10 suited the flop would be awful....
I gambled a couple of times....but lost...when I went all in with 9,9 and later 4 h , 7h ( the only nice hands I got) I won !!....I won one more hand with J,J against 2,2....the last hand I went all in with 3,3 because a player before me won with that....the 3,3 was against J,6...all in...you guessed it...the river : a 6 !!!!! Not fair,,,,,(: But still...out of the 30 players,,,,I was the 16th to go out...so I made it to the half of the players...not too bad for the 2nd time playing right ?____???
But the cards and the flops were against me..others kept getting Q,Q or A,A.........
